The comedy in it still works really well even though it is ten years old. I recommend that people check this one out (even though I am already the last person in the world to see it that has any desire to).
I love Kuffs. it's one of my favorite Christian Slater movies...along with Untamed Heart.
I'd also recommend Kuffs to anyone who likes police comedies.
(little side note: love the thing about the "chief's" car).
