I'm in pre-production on my feature right now, so what specifically do you want opinions on? How to begin the screenplay?
If that's the case, the easiest of all the methods is this:
Make up two names for characters, it doesn't matter if they're good or not, you can change them later. Make something up for character A to say something about what third-party C did. Come up with what A and B would say to that (using the why, when, where, how methodology).
Ex: Milton and Captain Smarmy are sitting in a crowded fast food place.
Milton: Did you hear that Mrs. Doom tried to take over the world again today?
Captain Smarmy: That's the 8th time this week. What's the reason this time?
Milton: Something about some demon that can be evoked at 11:11 am when the planets are aligned in some pentagram, or something.
Captain Smarmy: So what happened?
Milton: I used the sword I trianed with for 17 years in japan, and sliced her and her demonic hordes to bits.
etc, etc.
With this you have why the third party wants to take over the world, how the hero stops her, and you can continue with the questions until you can focus in on enough interesting twists to craft a screenplay out of.
That's the easiest... Though, I'm not sure if it helps or not, but if it didn't, it's not like I'm not going to read the board anymore, so ask away.
