But I sure hate Macs, and I ended up with one at home. Ugh. But, when you have a friend dumping one for really cheap, we grabbed it. I wish we had just bought a PC - love those things.
I remember when I was talking to this video game producer, in my never-ending quest to get a job with one of these companies, and he told me that they do not use Macs for the art. He told me that PC's have more programs, etc. for the artists and he highly recommended I scrap the Mac and get a real computer to practice on.... ;) He said that the game companies he knows don't use Macs (maybe he's wrong, but I haven't seen one yet that uses Macs).
