1. Yes, I have read it. It is, by far, one of my favorite books of all time.
2. Neil Gaiman (one of the two authors of "Good Omens") was specially thanked in the credits of "Dogma".
3. A "Good Omens" film is in the works. A screenplay has already been written and Terry Gilliam is set to direct/produce.
