There is a major group of international fans of a miniseries called "The 10th Kingdom" both on the internet and in various countries.
They have been trying to get Simon Moore to write a sequel to the miniseries but he has been extremely busy with other projects, so we, the fans, have been wracking our brains trying to think of another writer/director who might have the talent and ability and creativity to write (and possibly direct?) a sequel to one of the greatest "fairie tales" of all times.
Would Mr. Smith be willing to even consider something along these lines, or are we just doing some major wishful thinking?
If he thought he could do it, we, the fanbase of the miniseries, would campaign internationally for him to whomever he would need to talk to about doing this (either the Halmi's or Hallmark or Simon Moore or whomever has controlling rights on it). We'd write letters, we'd have major internet polls, all the fans sites and other web-based sites that are dedicated to T10K would be notified...
I realize we are a small group, but we are wondering if he would ever consider something of this magnitude, something that would be for the whole family with inside jokes for adults.
If he is even remotely interested, please let us know somehow. Thanks.
