JASON "Awesome Actor" LEE is down on himself because his movies aren't raking in big money? God, I thought I was hard on myself! Thanks for making me feel a little better about my life :) (as I'm living in nowhere Indiana with a hubby, two kids, and working an average job in quite desperation instead of pursuing an acting career at the--over the hill for a Hollywood starlet--age of 30 years old.)

Jason, you don't know me from Eve, but just wanted to tell you that I think you are such a talented "natural" actor -- your time will come. Hell, you were the only good thing about "Vanilla Sky" (and half a dozen other movies)! You just need to find the right "vehicle" for your talent like Ben Stiller did with "There's Something About Mary." On the flip-side, playing to the mainstream is so low-brow...and you are a genius.

And if all else fails and you ever find yourself unemployed and in Indiana, my husband is always looking for "quality" people to stock shelves at the supermarket on third shift with him ;)

Best wishes! And I can't wait to see Jersey Girl (with or without you.)

: ...Jersey Girl last night. FUCK, Kevin has really done something with
: this one! I was completely blown away. It was so nice to see that
: Kevin has it in him. God, can he write a screenplay. Yes, I wept like a
: little baby, but that movie grabbed me by the balls and wouldn't let go.
: Thank you for that experience, Kevin!

: Sorry it's been so long since I've been on the board but I've been busy
: making movies that seem to make it a point to gross nothing more
: than dog shit at the box office.
