Actually, the reason so much shit clutters this board is that it's not an "on-topic" board anymore. As long as I've been visiting here, that link has always been on the main page, and I can remember when it took days, hell weeks, for a board to get 1,000 posts on it. There are now over 1,000 posts on this board and Ming only just yesterday turned it.
We get too much chat in here, when this board was not designed to be a chat room. That's the biggest problem. The "just wanted to say goodnight", "i'm bored - entertain me" type posts. Next you have the totally fucking idiotic posts. Then you have the assholes who post just to stir shit.
What we need is for someone - anyone - to create a chatroom for the users here to go to when they are bored. Perhaps even an off-topic board.
