: saddam is fucking nuts and dangerous. if we dont act now, maybe a few years down the line America will be struck with something even more catistropic than 9/11.
um actually if we stop being dickheads, maybe people won't want to bomb us
: then when it happens, we can all turn to the past and complain that bush did nothing. This happend with Clinton. the govt knew that osama was just as dangerous and important to catch before sept 11. clinton did not want to start more fighting, so he left.
wait didn't he have to leave
: and then you see what happens. i worry that entering a war now will push saddam into hitting us with all we got. either way, something bad is going to happen over there. its inevitable. same with the whole israel/palistine situation. Its going to get a lot worse before it gets better

and when are we going to get to the root of the problem? When is anything going to be solved? Do you remember how wwII started? wwI
violence begets violence
and when we get bombed because we bombed first, i'll remember that i'm the fucking innocent one, losing my life to the highly secured objective which will be huddled in a bomb shelter, far away, so that we can preserve our ideals, which we LOST decades ago.
This country was founded on living the dream. And no, not high heels at home and dinner promptly at 5, but being able to life peacable with your neighbors, and living a life that you are proud of. Living by the fundamentals is what this country was about those hundreds of years ago, now look what we've made it into.
We aren't upholding our right to live without fear, or our right to even happiness. This war is about upholding our right as AMERICAN citizens to be as mean as we want to anyone we care to, and not have to feel bad about it.
