About the show "American Idol". I've never seen an episode of this, but I've heard enough to know about Simon. He's one of the judges. Okay, he was on the Conan O'Brian show (I love Conan...and Craig Kilborn) and he was saying how he felt he was doing people a public service, in two ways:

1) he was notifying the singers or "applicants" of just how bad they were so they would no not to sing for a living

2) and in doing so was providing helping the public so they wouldn't have to listen to such awful singing

Okay...ya know what? Maybe someone at this show and at the television network should be visited in the night by "the ghosts that change contracts" and allow this "harsh" gentleman to judge the "singers" that are already out there who have no talent. Do I really need to name names people?
