: Hi there,

:
: Kinda wierd request here, but I was wondering if there would be any legal infringment on copywrigt law if I should make a "Mooby" suit for a haloween costume? I'm hoping to enter a contest with it, that is why i'm asking.. If there is a legality issue, who would I ask for permission to use the "likeness of Mooby" ... And if I'm asking you guys, could you please let me.. My kid loves the "Mooby Cow" and it would be a great costume.

: Thanks for your time.

: P.S Hope all is well for you guys.. Keep up the good work.

: D.P.

I get your point about infrigement since you may possibly be profiting from the creation, but I don't think they would mind. Of course, I'm not any representative of VA or anything, so my thoughts mean diddly squat, but I don't think they would sue you for infringement on a $100 costume award.
