It could be, I don't know. But what I do know is as follows (yes I have a copy of MacBeth... don't ask)

pg 125 (in the book I have)
line 90-93
"Be bloody, bold, and resolute. Laugh to scorn

Shall harm MacBeth."
So it isn't an EXACT quotation. Close enough.
