Help me identify this song...

This older song has been driving me out of my mind. It's very reminescent of Floyd--all instrumental--with some backwards talking at the beginning and some "Hallelujah Chorus" in the background. Then it breaks into a very, VERY familiar song and ends with some back up vocals providing some chorus. Still no words.

Can anyone give me any leads? I've got a lot of Floyd and Who but nothing matches up.
