I know that storyline about buying a bunch of Healthy Choice pudding for the frequent flyer miles was based on a true story. Apparently, some guy really did that, and Anderson was inspired by it.
I'm not sure, but I think Anderson wrote the part specifically for Sandler. You might wanna research that one, though.
