Not at all, I think acting is pretty much open to all ages as long as you're talented. I think I'm right in saying that Robert Duvall didn't start acting until about your age, possibly older, and I think James Gandolfini was a late comer too. Besides, a bit of life experience and actual time spent observing REAL people rather than a lifetime in drama schools and amongst professional fakers might stand you in good stead.
