Nope, no commentary here either. Nor on the "Reservoir Dogs" 10th Anniversary edition, But there are some lenthy interviews.
I strongly recommend that you see "From Dusk Till Dawn", it's the only DVD I know of to have Tarantino commentary, along with Robert Rodriguez, I also recommend the "From Dusk Till Dawn" full lenth documentary "Full Tilt Boogie." "FDTD" 2 and 3 are o.k., but not really great.
