im currently suffering from a god awful sinus headace and cold, the worst ive had in recent memory. if anyone has had problems with sinus pressure, you know how bad they can be. im sorta at my wits end. ive been doing this weekend but sleep, watch the simpsons on dvd, eat and go on the computer looking for something to do. sounds fun, but im far too much pain to enjoy anything. im going to the acupuncturist this week, which im looking foward to since my mom swears that acupunctur saved her from the horrible sinus colds she would get as a little girl. anyway, i need relief now. ive been taking afrin, the miracle nose spray (that is also very dangerouss) for the last 3 days now, but my doctor (and the bottle) stricly warned me against taking it for more than 3 days. i dunno what else to do. help me please
