As for the "digital censorship", Kubrick was contracted for an R-rating, and it became clear that the orgy scene went beyond R-rating limits. It was his idea to digitally alter the orgy rather than make actual edits to the scene itself. Again, this comes from Kubrick's family, and I don't see why they'd lie about it.
