Is that question for me or Scorsese? If it's for me, I'd have to say "The Last Waltz", which has been long since done (it's been out since May last year). It's one of my favorite films and it was trippy to track down as many people as possible connected to that flick/event and ask them anything.
Also, "Raging Bull" has been incredible. I got to watch the film with the real Jake La Motta, for example. (I also got to watch "GoodFellas" with Henry Hill, which is supposed to be on the qt except he mentioned it on Stern.)
