And it's subpar in terms of service and personel, but the doctors are the best ones in the field in Latin America. GIving a 100 grand treatment to an Indigena (Native American) for free is worth something in my book.
CUba also has socialized Medicine and it's NOT subpar, I think it's better than Mexico and as good as the US in the field.
