A couple of months after 9/11, I was on a flight with a dork who keep half-standing up to stare at each and every passenger. Literally, he'd stare at each and every person for few seconds and then move on to staring at the next person.
I think he was looking for suspicious characters, but strangely enough, HE was the most suspicious of all. A few of us on the plane debated whether or not we should report HIM as a suspicious character, if only for the comedy value (but we all decided against wasting airport security's time on a prank).
So ... if you get any good/stupid/funny tips from that pamphlet, will you please share?
