Where i live we have a service called privacy manger that works with caller ID, it forces all calls that have no identiy for the caller iD to go through the privacy manager, they have to leave their name, business etc and you can approve the call thru. deny itor tel them no sales calls. We get these calls even with being on a no call list that the i live in state voted in. It makes life more peaceful.
