Netflix is useless as far as customer service. I've written a few complaints and suggestions to them and they've never gotten back to me. I've also told them movies that are missing from actors filmographies on the site and months later they still haven't fixed them.

The service is great and a real value but they have miles to go before they are a world-class organization!!
