I got tickets to the U. of Wyoming Q & A. I was a student (2 tickets per student ID) though so this may not help you. But I remember when I heard of it I started to ask friends to camp out with me because I feared a huge line and I wanted to be up close so I could see their faces as they answered questions. No one would camp out, so they convinced me to stand in line 3 hours before the sales started. We got there and we were the only group, so we were in the front in the middle. I know they sold a bunch of seats that day, but I'm not sure they ever completely sold out. I do know that they were available long after they were made available to the public. I thought he was better known than that in Wyoming but apparently not.
As an aside, the next day a girl with the school newspaper wrote a review. She bashed the session because they didn't "do any sketches". She didn't even to bother to check out what the event was or who the attendees were before she saw the event, let alone before she wrote the review. I was quite upset.
