: The book has always been better.
: I am out of the loop though... because I knew nothing of "Dreamcatcher?"
: I need to go do something to stimulate my mind.
I have grown terribly lazy since the computer world has come into my life. I took out three books from the library this past month and have only just now finished the second book. Okay, it was "Rich Man, Poor Man" and "Beggarman, Thief" by Irwin Shaw, which are long reads, but still, I used to be able to whip through a good book in a few days. I need to get out of the computer more often and read...
Stephen King wrote "Dreamcatcher" a couple years ago, it went on sale last year, and now it's going to be a movie with Jason Lee and Morgan Freeman. I last heard it was coming out in April (around the 14?).
I usually find the books better as well, as your mind puts a certain spin on the story, and then when you see it done the way someone else thinks the story goes, it just isn't quite the same. For me, it's characters and voices that are usually disappointments...I think they are one way, and to see them materialize another way that might not be the way I saw them...well, I think you understand...
Grab "Dreamcatcher" from the library. Enjoy some stimulation!
