: could've had a non-speaking cameo
You know you're lame when you are a Kevin Smith groupie and the most you can hope for is a NON-SPEAKING cameo. Boy, that's a big achievement in life. That's up there with getting an autograph from Burt Ward.
: but alas, I couldn't drive there 'cause I had broken my foot.

Oh, maybe it's because you asked Kevin and he said no so you're too embarrassed to tell the world why? Maybe it's time you stopped plugging you failure "A Better Place" and started to think about your life AFTER Kevin Smith. Honestly, after that movie turned out so terribly I wouldn't be surprised if you lost whatever respect Kevin had of you at the time as an artist. It's almost like you eternally plug this bad movie out of hope that maybe you can reverse that bad experience and somehow make it good. Flaunting this movie constantly isn't going to change the fact that (a) it was a failure and (b) people never got into it. In Hollywood they say you're only good as your next movie. So why not MAKE ANOTHER ONE so you can have a better movie to flaunt and let go of this black spot on your career?
