Kevin, Superman and "Smallville"

All right, I admit I am not one of those "totally in-depth, knee-deep in knowledge" fans of Kevin Smith, but I do recall that he likes the Superman comics, has helped to write some Superman scripts (which Jon Peters didn't like, the fool) and generally seems to be a Superman fan, so I'd like to ask him the following question:

Mr. Smith, did you watch "Smallville" last night where Christopher Reeve, who once played "Superman" on the big screen, was a billionaire scientist who had cracked the code of Krypton's language and is helping Clark to understand a little about where he has come from? If so, what did you think of the episode, and what is your overall opinion of the show, "Smallville?"
