1) Re-writes are 99.9% of writing, and the other .1% covers a *lot* of miscellany, not just the initial writing.

2) Don't show people scripts that you wrote when you were fifteen in one week. They will not be good. It does not matter if you are currently 16; my point is, getting a bunch of people to read a script that sucks doesn't do you any good. And the first script that you write, as a rule, will suck. There are minor exceptions to this, but very few. It used to be that people's first *films* sucked. Hell, look at 'Fear and Desire'. But, nowadays, it seems much harder to get a second movie made after a bad first film. But bad scripts? You'll write a dozen more bad scripts, especially if you dash them all off in a week.
