I thought it was funny, but when one of my old roommates told me he had been to see a friend of mine (a Dr.) I said "What's wrong you gotta brain tumor?" His answer "Yeah". We laughed and he really did have a tumor. It's since been removed and he's fine. We think his swift recovery (he was out of the hospital in like three days) was due to his great sense of humor.
