Dogma commentary comment (and Jaws reference)

One thing really really bugged me about the commentary on Dogma, the technical commentary not the one where they made fun of Affleck the entire time. It was during the triplet's first attack on Bethany. Kevin notes the "stretch" (a camera trick, I assume) the used and then made reference to the stretch in Jaws "which was obviously a stretch"

Now, I don't know Kevin nor what goes on in his nogging, but the way he said it it sounded like he was saying that the stretch in Jaws was bad. The implied/assumed tone is what I'm addressing.

I heartily disagree that there is a damn thing wrong with that stretch. Period. It visually presented the exact feeling Brody was feeling at that moment. And don't take my word for it. My brother said he thought of that exact scene when I told him I had found a lump.
