For my money, Roger Water's crowning masterpiece is AMUSED TO DEATH, and that includes all of his Pink Floyd stuff.
Where the hell is CA IRA and his new solo effort? I'd imagine with 9/11, Afghanistan, and the new war in Iraq, he's got a ton of new material to work through.
