Besides the Romero trilogy, there's the Return of the Living Dead trilogy that is good.
I also like Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, Dead Alive, & The Last Man on Earth (not really a zombie flick but similar to NOTLD).
There's also some Fulci flicks you might like (though I don't).
