If you mean they haven't done an accurate adaptation, I agree. But I thought Spiderman, Daredevil and the first Batman (Jack Nicholson was the shit as the Joker) were all enjoyable to watch. I liked Xmen as a watchable movie too. But being a huge comics fan, it is distracting sitting there every five minutes and going "that's bullshit, that isn't how that happened," in your head while you watch.
