: The article isn't accusing Kevin Smith of embezzling money or murder or sexual molestation (funny as that all would sounds). It is accusing Kevin Smith of production problems. It's true that J.Lopez and Ben Affleck are having problems translating their real-life chemistry on screen ("Tough Love" is falling apart). And Kevin hasn't necessarily been known for his Hollywood success (he hasn't had a hit since Chasing Amy and movie like Dogma and J&SBSB broke even). Hollywood isn't in the business of 'breaking even.' They want to make money and lots of it and so does Kevin.

It cost: 10 Mil
It grossed: 30 Mil

That is a 300% return! Few small films can make that claim (Big Fat Greek Wedding being chief among those that can make that claim).
