Totally confused about Matrix

OK. So I am totally confused about the different Matrix movies. Can someone tell me what the difference between The Matrix Roloaded and The Matrix Revisited is? They are both available on DVD, so I'm just confused. :-)

I know that Matrix Reveloutions is due out this month in theaters, and that in November, Matrix Re-something is also coming out.
