OK, so... Phoebe & Mike are back together. But you probably saw that. Charlie & Joey break up because they have nothing in common. Rachel tells Joey about her feelings, and he says he wants to be with her but it wouldn't be right because he couldn't do that to Ross. Meanwhile, in the lobby, Charlie tells Ross she's interested in him; at first he says it wouldn't be right because Joey's his best friend, but he quickly changes his mind and kisses her.
At that moment Joey walks down the stairs and sees them, and at first looks angy/hurt, but then realizes now there's no reason he shouldn't be with Rachel. So he goes back upstairs, knocks on the door, and kisses her. As they drift back into the apartment, he closes the door on the camera... and, you can use your imagination as to what they do next.
