: While flipping channels yesterday I tripped over the Powerpuff Girls cartoon. I watched a bit...there were a lot of similarities in the visual style. I've seen bits of some of the other Saturday cartoons and they were reflected in the Clerks Cartoon - I'm thinking Kids Next Door here, and a few others I don't remember the title of. I guess that's why the Clerks Cartoon seemed so odd - I was expecting a visual style of the more adult cartoons, like Simpsons or King of the Hill.
