I'll probably post my thoughts later, but for some reason this seemed like a totally different movie. It just didn't feel like the Matrix sequel for some reason. I just have a few questions about stuff I missed.

What was the deal with the creator, since Neo decided to save Trinity does that mean all of humanity is doomed now? And, was there an explanation as to why the Matrix would rebuild Zion after destroying it? It seems rather silly to go through all that to whipe out the remaining humans then let "the one" choose 20 or so people to save.
