*No caffiene before bed
*Drink water before you go to bed
* Try some exercise in the morning. I reccomend pushups.
* Even if it's a glass of juice or a bannana, you need energy in the morning, which is why you're so tired.
*Before you wake up, count down from 5 and jump out of bed.
