I wasn't saying that having an opinion about it is bad. Do *I* think he did it? Of course, and it looks like a lot of other posters here think so as well. That's why we'd all make a shitty juror #5.

Other than using their wiretap a little judiciously, I don't know if they are or they aren't. However, considering the stellar job done in a few recent high-profile murder investigations, I'd say there's a distinct possibility to continue the trend. Once you local front page goes out on thw wire to every 24-hour cable news network, the pressure rises considerably to find someone - anyone - to take the heat.

Circumstantial evidence can't ever turn into more than what it is. "Sounds guilty" and "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" are two completely different things.
