Check your local yellow pages. Most major cities have a plasma center. Rates differ
from place to place, and often are paid on a sliding scale, depending on how often
you donate.

I did it for extra cash when I was in college. It is a little time consuming (about an
hour), but other than that, it is no big deal.

They are pretty picky about who they take. On your first visit, hey will give you a
physical and ask you lots of questions.

Plasma is used in the treatment of things like hemophilia and immune system
deficiencies, and to make products used to help treat and prevent diseases like
tetanus, rabies, measles, rubella and hepatitis B.
