Was that the show that had an episode where they tried to arrest Steven Seagal for kicking SO MUCH ASS? But then he proved that he was the BEST EVER so they said "sorry, Steven Seagal, we didn't mean it." Then the moral of the story was that it's okay to KICK ASS every day as long as you stay benevolent and help people when they need it?

: John Ritter? Best cop comedy/drama since Moonlighting. Lasted a whole 2 seasons (much longer than Fish Police, which also featured John Ritter).
