No when i was 17 i had hair down to my ass and wore black army gear i was more into metal/Grindcore. Even then i wasnt convinced in all that "individuality" thing i simply wore army clothes because they were cheap and they fitted into the type of scene i was in at the time.People can wear and look like they want i have no animosity towards goths,a good few friends of mine are goths but the whole goth scene has been commercialised
the same way as punk has, its been watered down to be a more kiddie pop friendy version of the original, ideally to sell shit like nipple rings & jesus is a cunt t-shirts to 9 year old kids.
