How is he "getting what he deserves"? If he's banned, then he'll just come back. If you flame him, then he's just going to flame back. It's not like he's being punished in any way for his actions. So the best thing to do is to ignore him all the time, no matter what he says. If he gets 0 attention, then he'll go find someplace else to post his bullshit and he'll leave the rest of us alone.
