Theology vs practice. If we are saying "Matrix Neo" rather than "Real World Neo" than I would have to say Neo. If confined to the limitations of the physical plane - Neo would get owned. Luke developed into a great Jedi at the top of his game, but he still gave a very human/vulnerable aura. Neo on the other hand faced challenges with a level of calm that Luke only got CLOSE to when standing over the sarnac pit.
: 2. Indiana Jones vs. James Bond
Well, I am a firm believer in technology. Jones had a tech level of the 1940's while Bond always got something new and inventive to blow stuff up with. Though Jones does have the idiot-factor luck... No matter how rough things seem to get, they both get themselves out unscathed. It would be brutal. Many a boat/car/train would suffer their wrath as they chased each other until one got tired.
I guess it comes down to which Bond. Connery would pistol whip Ford while dancing a jig and shouting "Shon, whoshe your daddy!"

Supes. Where the hell is the challenge... Superman you defeat with kryptonite, and how much of that is lying around? Get some dirt on Captain Planet and he has to recharge his powers. Lame.

Hell, I'll go with the Kristy Swanson Buffy. Owns them all.

Dude... tough. Harry Potter has more in the area of 'skill' and a cloak that makes him invisible... Frodo has a Sam and a Gandalf watching his ass 24/7. Who said it would be a fair fight?

No challenge. Bob by far. Dude threw angels out of a train. Though Homer is damn good at hurting himself...

Affleck. I dont know why, but I always assumed Affleck would be the butch and Damon would be the bitch... Sorry...

Shit, Marvel. What does DC have to offer that Marvel CANT trump? Throw DC a bone and give them the IMAGE line-up as backup and maybe it would be a challenge.
