Anyone gonna write for the Marvel Epic series?

I just found out about it, so I'm gonna write for it! But, theres one problem, theres all these legal forms n stuff I gotta fill in, They are open to International submissions, but the forms are american forms, and, well, I can't understand most of it! would anybody be able to help me understand these things? If yes, please E-mail me about it and I can show you the forms. Thanks, and who knows, maybe my story will be in Marvel Comics!
