I always think of Christopher Lee as Flagg when I see him as Flay in Gormenghast, I don't know why. His voice is too deep for my mind tho.
Man, I have no idea who I would cast as Roland, I automatically want to say Viggo Mortensen, but that is because A) as Aragorn, it just frickin fits, and B) I want him to be in everything he is the unattainable man I adore :)
I have no idea, all I can think of other than Viggo is Rutger Hauer about 25 years ago!
