: Have you experienced losing someone close to you? yes

: Who? my grandfather

: How did you deal with the loss? You know...I don't remember exactly (I was only 10 at the time) I think I just kind of accepted it, and carried on with my life...It finally hit me a few years later (7th grade), and I became obsessed with him...I would watch home videos with him in them over and over again...I felt as though I was bringing him back to life somehow. I also "talked" to him...I would stare at a picture of him, and tell him over and over again how much I loved him and missed him. Now I just think about the good times I had with him, however, every now and then (like when I hear other people talking about their grandpa's and stuff), a wave of sadness washes over me, and I realize just how much I miss him. He does appear in my dreams quite frequently though, so that's comforting.

:
: tell us something wonderful about that person. He was very, very funny, and nice...he made friends everywhere he went...he was a harmonica virtuoso, he loved to play golf, he was the bestest grandpa in the whole wide world!!!
