: The answer is, becuase I need to calm my fucking mind down.

: 1. Where do you do your most/best thinking?
After dark.

: 2. Favorite scene/conversation from each of Kevin's movies, including "Evening With..."
Clerks: the bit with the Chewley's gum representative, I think, closely followed by Jay & Bob dancing, and the Salsa Shark conversation. I need to watch it again, it's been a while.
Mallrats: The scene at US 1 Flea Market. Not so much because it's such a kickass scene (though the psychic bit is pretty funny), but because I will be forever grateful to Kevin for immortalizing that bit of my teenagerhood, which has now gone the way of progress and popcorn. Fuckers.
Chasing Amy: The panel discussion of comic writers, I think. The battle scars scene is great, too.
Dogma: Well, I love the whole flick, but... right now I'm gonna have to say the opening scene, with babka! Watching a nun's faith be crushed just made me giggle... is that wrong?
J&SBSB: The movie set romp, especially Good Will Hunting 2. I hadn't seen GWH when I last saw J&SBSB, but I have now, and suddenly I find that bit HILARIOUS.
Evening: I loved the whole thing, it's really tough to narrow down. I think I liked the menu bits best of all, with Kevin gesturing at us to pick something, already. ;-) Seriously, I've only watched this twice so far (I only just got it!) so I haven't picked out an absolute favorite set of questions and answers.

: 3. What are you most opposed to in this world?
War, I think. Today, anyway.

: 4. Have you ever attempted to write a novel or something? How far did you get?
Not very fucking far, I'll tell you that much.

: 5. Have you ever thought, "This is it, this is how I'm going to die"? What was the situation?
Riding back from college with a girl I barely knew simply because she lived in NJ. She was blithely singing along to showtunes at the top of her lungs, and had allowed herself to drift almost completely off the road and hit a tree. I actually visualized the accident, it was terrifying. I shouted at her and she got her shit together.

: 6. What is your favorite one hit wonder, and their song?
Well, technically they had two hits, but for some reason I've always loved "Kyrie" by Mr. Mister. "Holding Back the Years," by Simply Red is great, too.

: 7. Have you ever died in your dreams? Or do you wake up right before?
I don't remember if I woke up before or after I died. I remember that I was very close to being dead.

: 8. What is the best place to vacation if America? Europe? Anywhere else?
My experience is limited. I used to love Maine as a kid. Ireland was OK. I'm dying to make it to London.

: 9. What sound (no voices or music) brings a smile to your face, makes you relax, and think of the wonderfulness of living?
Depends on the season. In the winter, the sound of a fire in a fireplace, I guess. And in the summer, the sound of the central air kicking in. ;-)

: Ok, now open a new window. Now click the link at the bottom. You're at the User Page. Now:

: 10. Which ones of these lovely people would you like to know, in your daily, physical life? List as many as you feel, but at least one girl, and one guy.
I quite enjoy chatting away with Fluffy and Elfy and Queen of Urban Legend. Smells like Right Guard is cool. Barry's pretty funny, Smosh is my bud. Is that enough for now?

: Respond quickly, or I might actually be able to sleep.
