My main problem was, I lost to fucking Darth Maul. I mean, COME ON! That was years ago! And his was a storebought costume, whereas mine was handcrafted! Not as cool as that, admittedly (I was supposed to be one of the dancers from Moulin Rouge), but still - it was one hell of alot cooler than fucking Darth Maul.
Plus, I was kinda looking for a happy moment. A friend and co-worker had committed suicide the day before.
