Yeah, a lot of women in Playboy have had surgery to look the way they do now. Like, oh, breast implants. And they airbrush, too. It may be one of the few issues of Playboy I buy, just to see how Carnie's pictures turned out.
(And let's not forget: Playboy let ANNA NICOLE SMITH pose for them, too. Back before Anna Nicole because such a porker.)
